About This File

A difficult episode 4 style map. I tried to use some episode 4 visual themes as well as some new ones.

Nice job on E4 style map, enough hard but still not pissed player off. The last battle is so easy if you know how to evade Cyberdemon & Spider Mastermind and get to exit, but it still so easy to deal with them when get all items on there, just a little busy. I have lot of fun with this map. 4/5 -playerlin

Quite challenging for a Ultimate Doom map and looks very good. I really enjoyed it.

Not too challenging, but not too easy on UV, and the monster placement really had some thought put into it. The ending is a bit strange, since you can skip past they Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind fight with a bit of dodging, but, it's more fun to see if you can get them both. Good, short, fun. 4/5 - K12

Balanced. It's average difficult. It was actually a bit easy for my tastes even on UV... lots of health. And yes I did skip pass the Cyberdemon and Spidermastermind in the last part and let them fight each other. The 100% health sphere did make things a bit easy towards the end. It's very well done though and gives a sense of nostalgia. 4/5 for effort.

AWESOME! The map was very well made, and the difficulty was really hard! I loved it. I just feel like One cyberdemon would have been fine ;) 5/5 -Diablo784

Quite a nice map all the way around. The visuals are great for the most part, although there are a few plain areas near the halfway mark, and some texture alignment problems. Some of the traps are clever; the map definitely doesn't disappoint in the game play department. There is perhaps too much health, but that doesn't take away from the overall challenge much. Ammo balance was good. Recommended map.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
