About This File

**THIS IS SUPPOSED TO RUN ON DOOM2.EXE**

This time, I wanted to try something different. A non-ZDoom/Skulltag wad that works with doom2.exe This is what resulted. A decently detailed 1-level wad.

Story: A water refinery has been invaded by the demons, who have taken over the refinery. The demons are currently filling the water up with hellslime in order to turn city population into former-human slaves.

But in their way is you, a lone marine sent to take out the demons and secure the abundance of water to the cities of earth.

Terry, you're trying to trick us into making us get away from this WAD when it's actually good? Well, you're not succeeding. -Randumb

Cramped, short and linear techbase affair, competently designed but nothing even slightly memorable. You can use it to kill 3 minutes of your so-called life.

Not bad. Pretty linear, but short. Didn't really like that the yellow key pit was inescapable, but other than that I have no complaints. Recommend it infinitely over a terry-mimic any day. 3/5

Being a fan of terry wads, I was a bit disappointed. As for the level itself: it's okay, but nothing fancy. It's a cramped techbase refinery, and there's nothing else to it, really. 3/5

Decently designed, if a bit claustrophobic. Could use some ironing out in terms of flow, but I enjoyed it all the same and that's what counts. 3 stars. - Obsidian

Nice Wad by one of Terry's minions a.k.a Ogre, there's one thing i had to say, i tried this one in Gzdoom and it worked. 4/5 to remember the classic doom games

Very good for a terry minion.I hope Ogre realised that he does not need to make terry wads that almost nobody likes.4/5

I like this map, would fit as an early map in a megawad. One thing I would do is widen some of the hallways and make it so that the yellow key pit kills you if you jump in early (I had to idclip to get out.) The outdoor area is cool, I'd like to see more like that. I'm a big fan of wide open spaces, I feel they're a lot more inviting. Also, that MIDI butchers Big Blue, but that's not Ogre's fault.

Here's some proof that Ogre can be good when Terry & Company aren't calling the shots. Nothing that's going to set the world on fire, but it's decent compared to his more terry-esque stuff.

First I saw Ogre, I and was sure this wad will be shitty... But it's not so bad... No so good though.

Boring to the degree that I would prefer to be playing one of your jokewads.

At least it's not a "Terry" wad so I will give this 3 stars! And yes, I played it (with ZDoom) and felt a bit cramped but much better than "Terry" stuff. I also looked through wad with XWE and saw nothing of "Terry" stuff at all. I'm impressed that Ogre can do something useful for real! Keep it up!

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
