Before I say a thing, this is a jokewad for ZDoom (YAY JUST WHAT WE NEED MORE OF!) so if you do not want to play some of the worst maps available (as was the projects intention) then skip this.

This is WOOO, an exhilarating experience into mapping... If it was done by monkeys.

You can't just blame me for this mess, you have these guys to blame: Mappers, project manegers, "artwork" providers, reviewers, anybody unlucky enough to post in the thread and awareness providers (What ever the hell that means): mrthejoshmon, cannonball, Scypek2, Memfis, Vaporizer, KiiiYiiiKiiiA, Flamen0d, j4rio, obake, walter confalonieri, Nomad, Xaser, TimeOfDeath, dobu gabu maru, BaronOfStuff, schwerpunk, kmxexii, Death Egg, Jimmy, Mr. Chris, Sergeant_Mark_IV and Processingcontrol I hope I named and shamed you all but I may have missed a lucky few...

I don't know what the hell was that WAD but I'm gonna be honest, that was an interesting experience. Surprisingly, even as a joke WAD there's some legit maps and they're not even bad at all. I didn't even know community joke WAD exist, I better be on the look out for any open community WAD of this type because I want to participate in one some day.

 

4/5 stars. if you want to play good shit, this is your WAD.

Megawad theme: DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO. Its' a fascinating study of unrestrained creativity (~40%), mixed with some nihilism (~31%) and self-loathing (~12%). A fine mix.

It's not a jokewad because jokewads are supposed to be funny. Many of the maps are just terrible, which isn't funny. Others are actually decent concepts, but very poorly done. Is that supposed to be a joke? It's not funny in the slightest. There's no actual humour in this wad past bad map design, which was funny once. Ten years ago. There are a few neat bits, but overall it's just a tedious mess.

Complete waste of time. Nofi, but this is too childish for even one star, and not even remotely funny. Kids, if you like to have serious rewards (not the meaningless joke ones in this thread), you'll have to do better than this horrible stuff. Waaaaay better. Good luck with trying.

chesse20- 5/5 anyone who is whining about this is a baby who hasnt evne tried this game long enough to find how many of the maps are actualy fun to play and cool i really liked some of the map elements used and there was this cool map with cotton eye joe midi only a few of the levels are imposible to beat map02 and the map named doom5

So deliciously shit in places (i.e. most of it), and actually genuinely great and enjoyable in others (which seems counter to the project goals). Overall a hilarious experience. Well done, Doomworld.

Explore every region of DOOM, from The Beatles - Yesterday to Nyan Cat's Anoos and every Bioshock Infinite in between. 5 White stars: Legendary. But only because every mapper involved is too-hot-for-TV. Trust me, my TV didn't like it a bit.

      A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.

      Conceptually not bad, it's a pretty imposing tower with some decent lighting, but no ammo at all despite having the guns and a VERY obscure way to rise up the floor in the lava pit? That's a big downer. But overall, it's ok.

      Well, the map is pretty basic. The map is quite challenging, with there being 0 ammo pickups (excluding the backpack) outside of the starting room. There are also nazis for some reason. I will give it 2 stars only because this really wasn't meant to be played to be enjoyed, but rather just a example of how to build a map in DEU.
