About This File

ADR contains short sections in the story of a certain mans life, told in a highly esoteric, metaphorical / symbolical, and unconventional way. Keep this in mind as you play; and give an attempt to understand things rather than signing it off as ubiquitous drivel, you may be able walk away with something special.

As a Christian myself, I caught on to the references at the beginning as soon as the pillar of flame referred to itself as "I Am that I Am," (a.k.a. God Himself), and the overall story being told was brilliant. The exploratory gameplay was also well-implemented and the visuals were striking in wonderful ways. It's such a unique and well-made mod. Overall, this should be highly recommended for everything it has to offer!

You really did a nice job encrypting the messages into the gameplay. The level design is just beautiful.

I'm not a religious person by any means, but I found this extremely well made. It kept me hooked until the end. The colors of the castle were a little hard on the eyes and some of the textures never popped in (it's probably a problem on my end though), but overall I found it to be very poetic. The Adversary's Keep was my favorite location. It's one of the most atmospheric Doom locations I've come across, honestly. I sincerely hope you continue making these, because I love this to pieces. ~ Mad Jackal

It's very hard these days to come across something like this, that makes it easy to see that the author had a deep passion for their work. The author of this clearly had fun making this, while getting across a message in an artistic and poetic manner. It also looks great, sounds great, and is fun to play! Keep making maps dude!

It is very well made. While playing thru it I had lots of fun while seeing certain things that would allude to an over all theme or message that was trying to be conveyed. It seems like the Author took great time and care and over all attention to detail while making this. One of my favorite aspects was the choice colors and over all artistic design.

One of the classic megawads, and the successor to TNT Evilution. I've played this several times over the years, and its grown on me more with each play as my tastes mature.   Still has a bunch of maps that got me killed in 2024, after ive finished stuff like HR and AV, and plenty of maps are memorable. Only real downsides is some of the levels have little content, showing its age.

One of the earliest Doom user maps and It shows. Despite the raw and empty design, the author take a good use of 3D space creating a small fortress surrounded by mountains, the level Is fun to play and not hard. A fancy escapade and a piece of modding history.

Third and final released map of a WIP episode by David Rager, it's more long, complex and hard than the previous entries in the series. A well made map with pretty challenging parts with a mix of monster usage, envoirnmental hazards and some puzzle gameplay. Fun but pretty harsh.

Two more misplaced DM maps without a exit like QUDOOM (that at least had a exit room, while not functional) that caught me by their file name and leave me for the bad experience in SP. Chicken is just a long bridge between a thundering abyss where cyberdemons wants to destroy you, meh. Gangstar is a more fun map sets in a big, abstract warehouse where a cyberdemon roam free trying to kill you, shotgunners and lost souls are here in this Hell corner adding more pain to the thing, enforced by semi-hidden mazes, my favorite.

This is like the physical version of the "we have X at home" meme in DM map format for Quake E1M1. Very poorly made, broken exit and missing textures here and there but at least the level KINDA resembles the original source somehow.
