About This File

Demonic Revenge, one of the greatest Terry WADs ever made, except for UACMN. There was only one problem I had with the WAD. It was way too short before the trap. I fixed that, in this remake of the iconic Terry WAD.

Hope you enjoy/get butthurt!

It was so fun to play it, that I forgot that it's a terry trap. In Terry wad category, 5/5.

Author (^) has the childish habit of continuously giving all his own poopyshooties 4 or even 5*. Bloodshedder frequently deletes his bogus votes, but he doesn't learn from that. On-topic: as usual, there is no quality in this wad, so WOT. @ author: consider trying to create a map which *is* worth a download, instead of wasting your and our time.

It's a remake of one of Terry's own wads. Therefore, it gets a 5/5!

This is actually very poor if we ignore Terry-wad part and length. Black caco fight is boring as hell (note that he has 2400 hp, little more than half of the Cybie hp which is 4000). Teleporting waves are even worse. There are a few cool design elements though but they do not make it worth downloading.

For a terry wad, this is pretty good.

The point of bloodshredder's comments on terrywads is to give a heads up that its a terrywad, nambona however just straight up tells you its a terrywad in the description, so his comment is not needed. Btw nice wad I mean bug :^)

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
