Simple, short, good-looking map with a low difficulty level.

Doom 2 - SP - ZDoom

A short, simple, easy level. Collect two keys and reach the exit, all in a tasteful BRONZE-textured environment. It's not a very memorable or original map, but it's competently executed and visually polished. The challenges are simple, with the most dangerous monsters being a handful of easily dispatched Revenants. Recommended for beginners and those looking for a quick, relaxing map.

The text file claims that it requires ZDoom, but the only reason seems to be the MAPINFO lump; the level is perfectly playable in Boom (and perhaps limit-removing ports in general), save for lack of custom music.

A rather tame level with low monster count. Correct, playable, simple, straight-forward, well looking (nice tile texturing) and good - that's how I'd describe it. It ends before it begins and there isn't much challenge. It would be a good map for a beginning of a larger WAD.

A detailed and densely populated techbase. Your main weapons are shotgun and chaingun, although there is also a cleverly hidden bonus plasmagun. The level sort of unfolds as you keep going and there is a cute checkerboard floor made out of the SLIME flats that I don't recall seeing before. It's good fun and it only takes about 5 minutes to finish. Works well with IDMUS25.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?
