- This WAD was designed with deathmatch in mind, but it is very playable by a single player or in cooperative mode. For the single player, try skill levels 1-3 for a reasonable challenge or 4-5 for a BIG challenge. For the cooperative players, try skill levels 3 and up. Anything under level 3 wouldn't be that challenging. For the deathmatch lovers choose your skill level based on the number of monsters you like during play. If you prefer no monsters, run it with the -nomonsters option.

This level is called Aztec mainly because I saw a PBS special on the Aztecs that was really cool. The only building really Aztec looking is the Pyramid in the north west part of the map. This level has kind of a downtown (doom2 - map13) feel to it. Even though it is actually quite different, you can see the influences. Please let me know if you like PWAD. I would appreciate any feedback.

Not a bad idea: a large open map where you have to mind the bosses while you look for clues. Kinda like a Scooby Doo adventure. However the flow is not very good: hidden, unmarked secrets are needed to progress (initially I thought I needed the wings) and some locked doors aren't even needed.

This may be a good deathmatch level if there's enough players and there's no monsters, otherwise, in single player, it stinks. 2/5 because I like city levels. ~Naan

      as usual, Death-Destiny draws inspiration from The Mucus Flow, with greenery and silver turret embankments. only it's not as complicated, as this is actually a speedmap. little health at the beginning makes this part really hard, along with the secret plasma gun chambers. the crates are cute at times, the ambushes actually are kinda annoying, especially with how pop-up monsters are used. definitely look out for the spiderdemon reveal, that will likely be a jumpscare when the arachnotrons show up. the red skull fight that follows is hard as hell too. worth checking out, it's much shorter than Disturbia, but doesn't follow the same mechanics.

      "Slaughter. Fun slaughter."   yeah, no. this pales compared to the first Newgothic. the maps here are less memorable and more painful than playful. there's no difficulty settings, and ZDoom will lag on MAP09 and MAP16 mostly due to the items present (a real hassle for MAP16). the cyberdemon placements in these maps in particular really bugged the hell out of me and these maps are less speedrun friendly than the original as well. favorites were MAP14 and MAP15. MAP02 is just unbearable. I prefer my slaughters with difficulty settings, thank you.

      A strange huge manor to explore with some sexy secret pics and many baddies. I didn't found this level really fun to be honest but it has many creatives ideas for a limit-removing map and a very obscure progression. Totally not recommaned for beginners because of the mandatory sr50-jumps and very limited resources on UV.       Grime looks like a more hellish version of Scythe 2's map 25 mainly because it uses an altered and darker version of the music "Intolerance" from Seiken Desentsu 3 and it was heavily inspired from Scythe 2 Map 23-25 . I actually found Grime way easier than Erik Alm's map . The health and ammo were indeed quite plentyful and above all Grime doesn't have those annoying and overpowered space marines. Inversely , Grime has more high-tier monsters but you can make them easily infight.   It doesn't figure among my favourite maps from Death-destiny but that remix of "Intolerance" is fucking awesome. :)   Detailed review : http://doomfrance.forumactif.com/t4688-review-maps-de-death-destiny#140845   My UV saveless demo : DEMO

      A tough speedmap made by Death-destiny with many questionable textures choices but I really enjoyed the moody atmosphere thanks to the music.
