Hello, and welcome to the sick and twisted mind of D.E.A.D.!!! I
have for you a new set of graphics to replace your old imps
with. These new graphics make the imps more imposing and impy.
Hence the name of this zip and the name of each major file in
it: Impyimp.
Contents:
various gifs, 44 in all
two batch files
one patch (.deh)
and DMgraph.exe
To install your new graphics, make sure all of this zip is
unzipped in your DooM directory and then run "impy.bat." The
result will be "imp-roved" imp graphics. You'll like 'em, I'm
sure. If you want to beef-up your imps to match their new look,
then use "dehacked.exe"* to load the included patch
(impyimp.deh). If for some reason you tire of my little
monsters, then run "impbyby.bat" to rid your wad of them. If you
ran my patch too, then don't forget to unload it after removing
your graphics, unless you happen to like tougher, more evil imps.
Thanks to ID gmaes for creation of such a lovely game as DooM to
play with in the first place. Thanks also to my long suffering
friends who wish me to erase DooM altogether so I'll talk about
something other than modifying DooM every time they call me.
