This is a simple utility which reads in a WAD file and strips off the unused
sidedefs to eliminate the "TEXURENUM FOR NAME NOT FOUND" error which
sometimes crops up when using EdMap.
Usage: NOTNUM <inwad> <outwad>
The wad to be read in should not be the output wad or it will be deleted.
