About This File

You are a rough and tough space marine who's had a few too many drinks and a few pounds too much pizza and you are on one hell of a bender. It's bad jokes, weird maps and lots of bloodshed as only DOOM can bring it to you. Designed for single player, cooperative and DeathMatch gaming. This map was originally part of a full DOOM1 Episode, but not all the maps worked out very well so I scrapped the project and am releasing the maps that did work. Enjoy!

What have you smoke buddy? Doomguy has been shrunk to the size of a ant and its travelling through some old stereo speakers, a vinyl player and the inevitable retro tape cassette player. Too much pizza and alcohol.

A decent early level with some nice setpieces - there's a giant record player, a hi-fi set and a big compact cassette. It's odd to think of Doom co-existing with vinyl records and tapes but it did. The gameplay is very simple but the hi-fi set is very nice.

Although it was created in 1995, RRWARD03 feels like a big step backwards from Richard Ward's 2nd map in 1994. The level is bland and repetitive, the only highlight being a hi-fi set. A big disappointment after his ambitious '94 wads. 2/5

Some maps are fun, others have some weird switch combinations to put pressure in the player, I didn't have a good time with these maps. Just read vdgg review.

Similar to his Iron Halls, square rooms, no keys, interior bloody sewer, few floor height variations. Good gameplay. Quake-y sounds.

A pretty good map semi-slaughter map that uses the Ancient Aliens textures and monsters, is a voyage into some purple/cyan place where you have to climb a fireblu cake after solving a simplicity-like puzzle (cool, i'm one of the 10 people that remember of "Simplicity", do you remember when 13/15 years ago that megawad was the stunning trend in mapping?), overall is a fun map, even if doesn't have too much ammo for beating all the resistance, at least for me.

Linear indoor action, no keys, some quake sounds, cool play if you don't care about boring textures. Totally opposite to his later style -> Gigantic-exteriors.

Pretty cool map for the 1994 standards, good layout and gameplay, even with the high number of monsters (128 on HMP), the level is pretty straightforward but pretty fun.
