Probably the best megaWAD ever. It's some of the most fun I've had either way. 5/5 -Marcaek

This is one of the greatest megawads ever created. It exceeds the quality of the first Memento Mori. It has excellent music too. This is one megawad every Doomer should play at least once! 5/5

One of the Doom classics for sure. The maps generally look nicer than MM1 and play just as well. Many of the maps even stand up amazingly well today, despite their 11-year age. When this was released (in 1996), its quality was unmatched, even more so than MM1. 5/5 is a given for this awesome wad!

More consistent and technically more polished than its predecessor. First six maps are a real mixed bag, but after that, it stays at a high quality (save for a couple of maps). Map25 is an insta-fave. Overall great fun. -Snakes

What the above guy means with technique is beyond me, however MM 2 deserves NO less than 5 stars. I remember my first playthrough very fondly, it doesn´t get any better or classic than this. *****

To enjoy all these old classics (MM, MM2, Icarus and Requiem) at its fullest, play with DOSBOX or with Chocolate Doom! 5/5 -Doomer95

Truly a masterpiece. It's hard to imagine improving on the already excellent first one, but they did. Deserving of no less than 5 stars.

All aspects of this wad are better than in Memento Mori I IMO. The levels look better, still not perfect but better, it is even more fun, and the maps are bigger and more complex with more new textures than in Memento Mori I. I will give this a 5-star grade as this was absolutely outstanding for something released in 1996, is a big improvement over the already good predeseccor, and is still good even for today.

Like the original MM, but bigger. Sadly the gameplay is not quite as good, and we don't get the smooth progression level to level either, its sort of like we're jumping randomly from WAD to WAD. Still many brilliant levels though.

My only complaints is that this wasn't as hellish as the first MM, and that some of the levels are a little cramped. Other than that, its a good wad.

The above reviewer unfortunately doesn't understand the awesomeness of this classic. I really find it amazing that they were able to make new maps, music and textures just months after the original back in 1996. Philnemba 5/5

Top notch work. Architecture, gameplay, innovation you name it, amazing quality not only for it's time but even today. Very suitable for Coop with a non-linear style employed at times and even to this I consider MM2 to have the best soundtrack, not a single song that doesn't stick to your mind. MAP24 was beautiful in this respect for it's unique solemn approach.

Didn't really like starting with the hellish themes, but this megawad certainly offers plenty of high-quality levels to be expected from the same authors of the first Memento Mori. Though I prefer the first one, this one still has its charm (especially for it's time). ~vf

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
