About This File

A 10-level DOOM II adventure with new original sounds. 10 more challenging original levels from the author of "10levels.wad". Cool architecture and lighting against a starry sky. Again, as you gain experiance, the ammo and health get a bit scarce.

Bizarre, somewhat crude, but creative levels. Played it with no music and the accompanied sound wad for maximum weirdness. Would recommend

This is dated June 1996. It is a ten-level miniwad. There's a related sound replacement in the archive, id=6915. The levels are old-school 1994 stuff, but a couple are enjoyable (map01, the big map05). There are occasionally some good-looking bits of design, and there's a lot of action, although it's very crude, and some of the levels seem to be just filler, or improperly debugged. Last couple are basically unplayable with pistol start.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.
