About This File

Musics only! Doom does not (unfortunately) allow you to simply insert your favorite CD in cdrom drive, so you have to use midi files. This is a heavy metal tune collection carefully selected to suit the atmosphere of the game. The tracks are mostly by Metallica, with a few Iron Maiden songs thrown in. Here's the complete listing of the tracks used: Title Screen: Of Wolf and Man (Metallica) Mission End Screen: Sad but True (Metallica) Text Screens: Through the Never (Metallica) Map01: Master of Puppets (Metallica) Map02: Fade to Black (Metallica) Map03: Four Horsemen (Metallica) Map04: Afraid to Shoot Strangers (Iron Maiden) Map05: Blackened (Metallica) Map06: For Whom the Bell Tolls (Metallica) Map07: Hero of the Day (Metallica) Map08: Orion (Metallica) Map09: Wherever I May Roam (Metallica) Map10: One (Metallica) Map11: Mama Said (Metallica) Map12: Damage, Inc. (Metallica) Map13: Fear of the Dark (Iron Maiden) Map14: Battery (Metallica) Map15: Am I Evil? (Metallica) Map16: Creeping Death (Metallica) Map17: Phantom of the Opera (Iron Maiden) Map18: The House that Jack Built (Metallica) Map19: Moonchild (Iron Maiden) Map20: Enter Sandman (Metallica) Map21: Metal Militia (Metallica) Map22: Revelations (Iron Maiden) Map23: Ain't My Bitch (Metallica) Map24: The Thing that Should Not Be (Metallica) Map25: Killers (Iron Maiden) Map26: Call of Ktulu (Metallica) Map27: Fight Fire with Fire (Metallica) Map28: The Unforgiven (Metallica) Map29: Seek and Destroy (Metallica) Map30: Master of Puppets (Metallica, diff. version) Map31: Running Free (Iron Maiden) Map32: Jump in the Fire (Metallica)

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.

What the actual f*ck is this map. I love having 4 rockets, a shit ton of bullets and like 10 shotgun shells to take out a revenant, and whatever was in that cage. Doesn't look too bad, maybe this negativity is cus im no expert, also rather unskilled at the game?

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.

A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.
