About This File

You are a C.I.A. agent sent to stop a group of satanist from opening the gates of hell. Unfortunately, they already did, and to top it off they have an arsenal for them and the demons. Your mission, if you chose to except it, is to stop Lusifer from coming to earth.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it? Can the CIA turn up to work and say "Nah, I'm not bothered about doing my job today"?

Hehe. I expected worse after looking at the reviews. No doubt the author worked hard during those 5 months to make this :) 1 star - Starburst.

Unintentionally hilarious. Especially the SS who says "Hey you" in the disinterested voice.

Horrible level. The story is sort of interesting, if poorly written, but the level itself is horrid. Hedge maze that doesn't update your map, obviously exposed arsenal of weapons and terrible level design make for a truly horrible map. Don't download this. 0/5

It's an odd plot - given that this is Doom you'd expect to be playing a satanist sent to stop a group of CIA agents rather than vice versa. Still, this is v. poor. The first half is a tree-lined maze with zombiemen; then there's some steps; two stonehenges (stonehengii?); spawn monster. The only nice things are a floating cube with a shadow and some red steps. Awful otherwise, and sincere too! Take THAT, mock-style wads. You're not funny because you're fake bad! This is genuine bad.

I heard this wad is bad, but JESUS CHRIST, GOD ALMIGHTY is it horrible! If it's one thing we should all know by now, mazes do not a good Doom wad make. The rest of the wad is no better. I feel sorry for the people who spent more than five minutes on this wad, as I gave up after only two. 0/5

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.

A really frantic and fun DM map with pretty neat stuff like invisible pillar in the middle of the arena, doesn't have anything to do with the title but the level can become a BFG spamming fest soon, especially with bots. Less fun in SP but the arch-ville+bunch of nazi combo is a nice feat.

Only six enemies (played on UV) and no working exit. Other than that, it is a pretty detailed map for 1995. I enjoyed the general design and the poisonous vats of acid. Very cool, but not practical for good gameplay.   EDIT: Just discovered this is a ideally a DM wad… haha, for that purpose, it seems good. My original rating was 2/5, will change it now.

Lots of traps and monster closets. Some switches are activated by shooting but there's nothing to really tell you about this because they look the same as other switches.   Texturing is good and enemy placement proved rather difficult at times. There aren't may health pickups on UV so it was a fight to get through.

It's pretty good for 1994. If you don't mind having no health items at all (except in a few maps) and the outrageous amounts of cyberdemons per map, you should give it a try. It's pretty challenging and I like it. E2M3 is a bit 'eh...' though.
