I really dig it! Its feel like a Ultimate Doom take of TNT, but its not at that level either.
Its a great adventure mapset, leaning more to the  atmospheric and realistic architecture.

First and second episodes are amazing. Introducing the new enemies as the maps unfold.

But midway around episode three it start to lose steam, with a serie of really short maps and then maps really similar to the originals, this is not bad at all, just feels a little uninspireds.

Fourth episode on the other hand, feels extremely rushed, with a lot of monotexturing and undetailed areas. Its not bad, but coming as the ending episode it could be much better, specially with the degree of detailing the author showed on the precious episodes.

All the episodes offers a good challenge, even on Hurt Me Plenty, but don't expect anything near the difficulty of NEIS.

All in all, being one of the few complete Ultimate Doom megawads, its pretty good and i liked the new enemies sprites and the music used, almost all the time.

It was a nice wad, entertaiment to play, nice custom graphics, though I had to fix the offsets for the replacement of the Lost Soul to make it look better and there were many HOM's, overall it's a nice wad. For some reason, it didn't let me out of the last map of the episode 4, had to use IDCLIP to finish it

more or less average megawad. I used to like it for custom graphics and such, but it got too easy and I've noticed HOMs and monsters outside the playing area sometimes.

After playing through the first episode I must say that this wad really surprised me. If you don't find yourself enjoying the first episode skip to the next. Seriously, the next episodes play really well and are interesting. I really like the new graphics as well. Importantly, each episode feels very unique and contributes something different. Likewise, the difficulty just keeps on increasing. Very nice wad that had the potential to be more immersive. 3 Stars. --- Starburst

This is one of the best megawads ever. I lost my NIN-virginity to it, and is probably the reason I listened to NIN in the first place. Total Ownage. -- D(A)N

Lame set of Maps...Incredibly dated and no sense of fun...Played on Ultra Violence as you should and felt like Level 2 at best - Best avoided.

**, too many level bugs and balance issues for anything higher.

Average to good. Some good spots but also a few bad spots at times. Since I'm nice today, I'll let it have 4/5.

This set of levels is average. If you are looking for something fun, but not too exciting, then this is for you. Basically I rated it three stars (average) because it wasn't very pleasing to the eye. Most of the sectors/rooms were too plain for me to like. Monster placement was good, and the difficulty levels were set well. I just wish this person would have taken a little more time to add some beautiful sectors and cool effects to the levels so the colors would be prettier.

Played it again after a decade. Still holds up well and is quite fun. The only sore point is the lack of difficulty levels. I found Ultra Violence very easy with too many weapons and items available.

Really good puzzle map in a big dark metal/stone building. It catches the atmosphere of Bob Evans' Eternal Doom stuff, and I think there are even some homages to some other Eternal Doom maps as well (for example, the big two-layered outdoor area looks a bit like the "amusement park" in MAP26).   In my experience the puzzles were a bit easier than in "Silures" or "Excalibur", but it's possible that having played a lot of puzzle map stuff since I played Eternal Doom, having played through the whole canon of Bob Evans and Jim Flynn, and liking to search for Doom secrets in every map has made me recognize certain tropes better. The puzzles I liked most were (the spoilers only give minor hints):
Gameplay is good too, at the start ammo is scarce so the chainsaw and berserk are your friend, and midtiers say hello from the start on, but hitscanners are the biggest threat. Rockets should be saved for archviles until you find the first larger cache.   9,5/10

Fun, challenging set of maps that looks much better than you might expect for the time it was made. These maps will still slap you around a bit on HMP if you're not staying sharp. The author is fond of Chaingunner ambushes which keep you on your toes. I didn't find the SSG until around MAP05, which was cool, I like when its not given out too early. Pistol-starting the last two maps is pretty tough, but doable.   The map designs do a really good job of letting the player see crucial areas from different angles through progression and the layouts are really tidy overall, and feel a bit more modern than a lot of other 94/95 maps I've played. There are some really nice large-scale vistas (like the start of MAP06), nice uses of verticality and a good mixture of tight and more open combat.   Recommended!

Spectacular visuals and engaging combat make this an absolute must play. There's a puzzle with a "Shoot the thing" answer that kind of comes out of left field and can be an easy place to get stuck if you're not on your toes, but that hardly stops the map from being a thrilling masterpiece.

E3M9's refrain of back-tracking to a church for keys is a little tedious, and there are a few moments where things can become a frustrating key/switch hunt as you figure out what to do next, but aside from that, this an intense and rewarding adventure with beautiful lighting and architecture.
