About This File

I believe this level is up to the standard of iD. It is a very smooth, enjoyable and challenging single player level.

It is not a pathetic 1 room full of monsters level, it's a full level of explorable and interesting rooms.

I'd describe it as a small castle and a base of some sort, that slide together really well. While the size of the level isn't huge, it has a lot of things to do, and should take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete first time around.

For the first time you play on this level, I suggest to start at skill 2. Once you learn and know the level, higher skill should be attempted. Also, remember to SAVE often.

The author makes some big claims in his readme, but the map is surprisingly good. The only real problem is that it's very cramped and a bit fiddly, with back-and-forth keyhunting. And there are some misaligned textures. Apart from that, it's an entertaining simple medieval-style level that looks like a LEGO castle (apart from a small crate area) that plays decently and takes very little time to finish.
