A Doom episode 1 replacement made by Tom Robinson AKA Mystican made before his DM contributions to the Decamatch DM wad series as a member of Team Onslaught. Its a decently ok set of levels with the usual 94/95 amateur tropes designs that hasn't aged entirely well but map layouts are pretty straight forward to where its hard to get lost in most of these maps as long as you check your automap. The secret map was originally for DM which is unfortunate because it has key progression to the exit & probably would've been fun if it was populated with monsters.

All in all, its an ok fun 90s wad that should at least played by any vanilla Doomer enthusiast :)

I played this way back when Tom made it. They're pretty good except for some texture alignment issues and the goofy sound effects. There are a lot of influences from the original Doom and Doom2 levels - play E1M1 or E1M6 and you'll see what I mean. E1M9 was made for deathmatch play, but is fun to play just in single player. It's a huge town. Find all the keys then search through the sewers for the exit. Theres a nice surprise if you finish it. (Fraggle)

thank god Underhalls was the map that followed this mod as that level was able to remind me what actually competent level design looks like.

Not that bad, even kind of interesting find the secrets in the map! But yeah, that switches jungle is a awful choice really.

A basic and nice looking showroom type of map where monsters are trapped inside glass prisons, no exit and no way to play this with any modern source Port like DSDA-Doom and GZDoom, but works really well in Crispy Doom. It was a pleasant experience.

Conceptually not bad, it's a pretty imposing tower with some decent lighting, but no ammo at all despite having the guns and a VERY obscure way to rise up the floor in the lava pit? That's a big downer. But overall, it's ok.

Well, the map is pretty basic. The map is quite challenging, with there being 0 ammo pickups (excluding the backpack) outside of the starting room. There are also nazis for some reason. I will give it 2 stars only because this really wasn't meant to be played to be enjoyed, but rather just a example of how to build a map in DEU.
