Selling some Doom figurines

Recommended Posts

I have a few Doom minis left, the last vestiges of my collection of Doom stuff. I don't collect game related items anymore and I don't care to keep these.

A friend is selling them for me through his account. They have some minor shelf wear and they do show their age, but I took good care of them. Have a look. I'll also be selling some Imp figurines whenever he posts them up.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

If I had the money, I'd swipe these up. I'm a sucker for cool little trinkets like this.

I might try my hand at this. I'd like to own an original manc figure. The used to fabricate the ones for the Doom 3 bonus has had it's tubes and arms bent.

Yeah, my baron and mancubus aren't of the Doom3 pre-order variety. Those came buffed to a shine like the id Anthology cyberdemon, if I remember correctly. Did they have a second run of these when Doom3 came out, or were they just overstock?

Might have had a second run for Doom 3. I found small strands of blue fibre on a couple of my figures, which to me suggests an oxidizing agent was applied to give them their darker finish.

I believe they are re-fabs. Also, the original figures weren't inked like the Doom 3 copies.

Reaper used to provide figure fabrication to the public some time ago. You sent them the figurine, they would sand cast it, make as many duplicates as you requested, and then break the mold. I assume they stopped doing this for copyright reasons. I've wanted to do this as a community effort some time ago, but it never caught on when I mentioned it in topics.
