Arabian nights themed wads?

And then you’ll look for antiquities themed maps? ;)

That would be quite the gathering.

I wouldn't know where to begin with what an AN-style level would look like besides sand and desert cities. Egyptian iconography is far more familiar to me.

"Four levels beginning in the early dawn in an Arabian/Greco- Roman style."

A little too simple for what I'm hoping for but it's alright I guess.

Try Chosen (Doom TC in Egypt for ZDoom) or the second Scythe 2 episode.

Although egypt is related to Arabia I wanted something more aladdan like, I probably should've been more specific.

Nightomb may sedate your desire.

I was hoping more for outside maps but this one looks good regardless and what's funny is that the music almost sounds like the music for daggerfalls starting dungeon, thanks for linking me to it. :)

there is one semi-Arabian themed map, from a Wad from '96, or something.

I'll try to find it, but I don't think it's exactly what you're hoping to find :)

MAP01 linedef #1331 has no sidedefs -> crashy in Chocolate Doom, SDL Doom, maybe other vanilla ports also. Is this a Hellmaker bug? Just openening the map in Yadex and running "cross-reference checks" will find this error. The istnbul.txt in the ZIP file also has some weird binary header and footer sections.

Just deleting the bogus linedef fixes the problem. The other maps seem okay. I like the style. :)

Heh, possibly induced by the current political environment, I read "Arabian rights themed wads?".
