My computer's set up so I can run ZDoom by double-clicking on the WAD file I want to play. If I want to do more than one file, I create a shortcut and edit the command line in the Properties box.

Heh, all created by hand?

At least you could make a batch file to generate batch files :)

I used to have a mass of batch files back in the DOS 6.22/WIN 3.11 days, and I still have a few, but most are DOS-oriented and I don't use them anymore in XP.

Still, I use the "Run" box, so command line it is.

I use of course: The King Doom Frontend. I'n earlier days I used batch files too....but then I implemented batch file emulation into the frontend (that is what the database mode is for!). I also use the command line, but only within the frontend. Finally: It is not only a frontend, it simply offers you the best things from all worlds together.

a poll which is part of a forum, which is powered by vBulletin. A Bulletin board is a synonym for billboard.

The majority of the time I just use the DOS prompt.
And occasionally a frontend of some sort.
