That's clearly his leg (knee raised) on Soda's box art. Although Earthquake does win with that edit :P

I'll bite. I've played a fuck ton of video games (because I have no life) so I've seen a fuck ton of bad box art.

Here are the first three that come to mind.

Am I the only one that thinks that that Secret Service boxart looks kinda neat? Meat Puppet's just looks fucking creepy though. And what were they thinking with Phalanx? I know the banjo player was meant to capture the buyer's attention, but the fast-paced shooter aspect is seriously underplayed, not a good way to sell a game. I'd pass right by a game with that cover if I didn't know what the game was.



Anyway, does this motion blur help with the seizure/flickering problem? (warning, this is still a faster version)

I think it's actually one of the best box arts I've seen. It has got an very strong artistic presence and conveys they isolation and escape moments of the game very effectively.

I'm confused, are we making fun of the art? A lot of posts seem to be images of stupid video game ideas. Let's be fair here, Ninja Golf, Russel Grant's Astrology, and Gummi Bear minigolf couldn't get good box art if they had an infinite budget.

The F16 Fighting Falcon, Phalanx and Mystery of the Druids are pretty bad but the rest is rather questionable.
