Gez Posted March 30, 2012 Also: you can use SLADE 3, too. Get a recent build from here, look at a map marker, and click on the "Generate map image" button. In Editor -> Preferences, on the advanced tab, you can choose the dimensions and colors. It's the map_image_* console variables. *alpha_background if you want translucency (255 is fully transparent) *col_background for background color *col_line_1s for one-sided line color *col_line_2s for two-sided line color *col_line_macro for lines with a macro on it (Doom 64 stuff) *col_line_special for lines with an action on it *height and width: self-explicit *thickness: the thickness of the lines 0 Share this post Link to post
kmxexii Posted March 30, 2012 Yeah, I used SLADE3 to generate the images in my 1994TU comparison blog article. 0 Share this post Link to post

I needed an image of the map I'm converting from doom to doom in hexen format and needed a paper map to write down some info, rather than jumping in and out of 2 maps and trying to remember things I need to fix. 0 Share this post Link to post
