Lone Survivor: Jesus Christ this Party Sucks

anyone else checked this out yet? I just bought it today and am like 20 minutes into it. It's almost like an 8 bit 2D Silent Hill with survival elements (you need to eat and sleep on a regular basis).

Doesn't look too impressive, but it suffers from modern game trailer syndrome.

Watched some gameplay, looks really cool except for the fact that the piece of cloth on his face makes him look like he has a huge grin on all the time. I cannot unsee this.

I thought it was a grin...

Wait, that's not his mouth?

The developer says the grin/mask dichotomy is intentional.
