How to Spawn chunks?

The Heretic gargoyle spawns some chunks/meat pieces when it dies, but I could not get how to do this when looking at the script of this enemy. So how would I add those gargoyle chunks to other enemies as well in ZDoom? I do not need any special chunks since the gargoyle chunks seem somehow "neutral" to me and could be used for other enemies as well.

The gargoyles use this, but you'd better replicate its chunk-spawning feature with a few calls to A_SpawnItemEx instead.
