In the top right corner, it's definitely "(c) 1999 Vision Language", or something similar. Does that mean they have had the design for three years, and never put it up?

PrintScrn + BMP to WMF conversion + zoom in = VOILA!

Problem is, I don't know of anything that converts BMPs to WMFs :(
