Kappes Buur Posted January 12, 2013 Two possibilities 1. to align textures in anything but UDMF format, use the regular Visual Mode (not GZDoom Visual Mode) 2. upgrade to GZDoombuilder r1649, where both modes were merged, Revision 1649 - Directory Listing Modified Tue Nov 27 21:12:20 2012 UTC (6 weeks, 3 days ago) by m-x-d Merged Visual mode and GZDoom Visual mode into GZDB Visual mode. GZDoomEditing.dll is no longer required. or above (now at r1682) 0 Share this post Link to post
TheNooBringeR Posted January 12, 2013 The first method worked for me, thanks very much! 0 Share this post Link to post
schwerpunk Posted January 12, 2013 Just gonna vouch for the awesomeness of GZDoom builder here. I don't even play GZDoom, and even when I do, it's in software mode; I just find GZDB to be incredibly robust as an editor. Good luck on your map. :] 0 Share this post Link to post

schwerpunk Posted January 17, 2013 Agentbromsnor said:Then why are you even playing GZDoom and not regular ZDoom if its not for the OpenGL functions? :/ I usually play with ZDoom, but GZDoom is good for switching back-and-forth from vid_renderer 1 & 0 (for map visuals testing purposes). Additionally, even without dynamic lights enabled, ZDoom shows an error sprite where the light should be, whereas GZDoom hides it completely (in software mode). But I was talking about the two versions of Doom Builder above. Even if I only ever played in software mode, I would still prefer the additional feature of GZDB over DB2. 0 Share this post Link to post
