I like to think, for a room that size.. More can be done to it.

Also, why just a 1st room release?

You should maybe, post a couple screens.

I wanted some feedback before i got into making all the maps with the same idea in mind. to change things and concepts before i start making them.

The detail is good. It did give the player a little bit of a challenge when escaping from the spawning Chain-gunners and Shot-gunners, but it was a little bit easy as well. Try making your maps longer, (e.g: make a switch which activates a door to open to a another section of the map; not too big, but detailed).

Thanks, I'm making it more detailed and I want to add more rooms. I'm planning to make it more like a modern fps than a classic doom map. Thanks for your feedback.
