Textures aligned incorrectly in Doom Builder 1.68?

Yes, I know that DB 1.68 is outdated, this is not a bug report or anything like that so don't yell at me pls. :) I just want to ask: has anyone figured out why 3D mode shows incorrect alignments sometimes? It would be useful to know.

Indeed there is. I tried removing "lower unpegged" flag and now it looks the same way both in DB and in the game.

this has nothing to do with the version of DB i use the same version... it is a matter of offset alignment just go to 3d mode face a texture then press arrow keys up down....etc.
