So, apparently, being an Italian "Nintendomaniac" involved being a fancy 80s rapper who brought home 80s chicks, and explained them the gameplay (actually does so between 0:13 and 0:22) with a sleazy, greasy Latin Lover style ;-)

I guess Italians did it better?
