How can I make a "Megawad" ?

32 levels, to be precise.

You can either make them separate and use a tool such as SLADE to combine them; or save them into a joint wad using Doom Builder.

If your project's using custom flats/textures/music/sprites/etc., you'll also need a wad editor (such as Slade) to import those into your wad. Depending on your target port/s you might find the PK3 archive format easier to work with, they're basically renamed .zip files with most of the contents organised into sub-directories.

The 'megawads' directory contains files that contain a large scale replacement of 15 or more levels, but which don't qualify for the themes/ directory.

Can be 36 if it's for Ultimate Doom.

Thanks!

I'm doing my first map with Doom 2 basic textures and sounds, it will be out soon. I've had previous editing experience, but that was a long time ago.
