Recommend me a megawad

I just finished playing through Doom The Way Id Did, and now I'm looking for another megawad (or several) to play.

Compatibility is not an issue. I exclusively use GZDoom, although something that takes advantage of the increased mobility would be nice.
Difficulty: Not looking for something too punishing, but something that provides a challenge.

As an aside, are there any custom levels that work particularly well in/are specifically designed for Brutal Doom?

I haven't played the whole thing with Brutal, but Alien Vendetta isn't too difficult, so you should be fine. It's also considered a classic megawad.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think most of the classic Megawads work with Brutal Doom, right?
