Doominator2 Posted October 23, 2013 Ok, So I just started Map 11 in plutonia and all I have to say is, its one of the weirdest Levels in any of the Classic Dooms I played so far, I mean the bunny sound track looping over and over again and the 50 or so Archviles in the cage. I think I will have to take a break for tonight... 0 Share this post Link to post
General Rainbow Bacon Posted October 23, 2013 It's only like 10, and if you think that's bad, don't play map 11 of Plutonia 2. 0 Share this post Link to post
Zed Posted October 23, 2013 Personally, I love that level. And PL2 MAP11 is even better. I would also recommend doomworld.com/idgames/?id=11858]Flames of Revenge. It's for ZDoom and it's quite old, but the scripting makes it interesting, IMO. EDIT 0 Share this post Link to post
Grazza Posted October 24, 2013 You probably won't like Map10 of Equinox either. It makes Hunted seems quite mundane. 0 Share this post Link to post
General Rainbow Bacon Posted October 24, 2013 Oh yeah, maps 14 and 23 from 1monster.wad are pretty awesome too. 0 Share this post Link to post

Clonehunter Posted October 24, 2013 Arch-Viles are the only monsters in Doom I actually fear. This level has me on edge like nothing other. 0 Share this post Link to post
Waffenak Posted October 24, 2013 thats one of the most memorable levels of plutonia. When I was younger, the terror archiviles created while roaming all over was unsettling 0 Share this post Link to post
plums Posted October 24, 2013 I didn't like Hunted at all, not for the Archviles but for nonstandard and annoying door mechanics. I understand why they did it that way, but that doesn't mean I enjoy playing it. This is also the reason I didn't like Icarus much. (well, one of the reasons...) 0 Share this post Link to post
