community chest 3, map 20, what's the solution?

I have a feeling that this map might be another "we assume everyone plays on UV so a teleporter hasn't been flagged for lower skill levels" thing I've run into before. Basically there's no way to get from the first part of the map, that you start in, to the other part, which is completely sealed off from the first. No switches, nothing - the automap is in the level, and that doesn't suggest anything either.

Just double-checked, all teleport destinations appear in all skill levels.

Also, that's why I hate switches like that, it's all too easy to mistake them as decorations, especially when there are a dozen of the same.

That's NOT a let's play. It's a video of a UV Max run. The player is actually good at the game and he races the clock.
