Cacowards!

So, I was wondering, how does Ling recruit the other people for Cacowards and how do they do the reviews? Do they post info online to each other or go to each other in real life and play together or what?

Linguica's got pretty much nothing to do with it. They were written primarily by Scuba Steve until 2011, the the torch was passed to Hobbs. For some unknown reason Hobbs didn't show up for the 2012 ones and a quick group of well known community figures was whipped up to fill the gap. That's about it.
