Casali maps cut from TNT

The Doom Wiki says 4 Casali maps were cut from TNT because they were too large. What were they, have they been released, & where can I download them?

If they are too big for TNT, in spite of the Drake O'Brien maps...how are you possibly not seeing them?

There is a rumour that they got put in Plutonia. I deny that.

"Well, the Casalis were TeamTNT members, and a couple of levels that weren't selected for Evilution ended up in Plutonia, but it was done in parallel and without any real knowledge by most of the team. The fact that it was a part of Final DOOM and a sale to id was a surprise to the Evilution folks."

I might be convinced that some of the maps for the original Plutonia project that used time travel as its main theme were submitted to Evilution, which would explain the Egyptian non-sequitor, among other things, but that is pure speculation on my part
