Heretic + Hexen collection price

There is a steam summer sale going on right now and this collection has -50% off price. I heard that there is going to be some other discount when quakecon starts. Should I buy it now or wait for quakecon? When is it the cheapest?

I am talking about steam prices. No reason to buy it on ebay, when it takes more time and money to get.
