boom ground textures use for ceeling

how to get ground textures use on ceeling in boom format. is there are a wad with all doom2 texures which i can download?

No, you configure your editor to load doom2.wad as a resource WAD. Which editor are you using?

db2, boom format, i cant use shawn2 on the ceeling

That's because it's a wall texture. Wall textures cannot be used on floors/ceilings (and vice versa) in vanilla Doom/Boom.

The only way to get wall textures on the walls and floors is if you work the map in ZDoom format.

Actually, I imagine many ports other than ZDoom based support flats on walls and vice versa, Doomsday just being one of them.

Vanilla doesn't, Chocolate Doom doesn't, and even PrBoom-plus doesn't (if I'm not mistaken). That's pretty much all that matters for most people, I guess. :)

Another way to use a wall texture on floors and ceilings is to make a custom flat out of said texture.
