I think it is a good thing, pritch has the qualities (IMO) that make a good moderator.

We have way too many mods.

Um...we are probably gonna have a lot more when Doom 3 comes out. Think of the waves of newbies. The Doom 3 section will probably have the following forums...

Editing
Mods
Multiplayer
Tech Support

Most of which will require somebody with knowledge in those fields to moderate.

there will be more topics than that even. i think there will be a need for single player gameplay help for sure.

Heh, I'll probably want to beat it by order of difficulty, starting small, working my way up, just like I did with all the other Doom games ^_^

I'd start big, because by the time you get up to the hardest, you'll know pretty much the entire game by then and it'd be boring.
