Doom musical/opera

I just had a crazy idea. How could Doom be converted into a musical/opera? What kind of roles there would be, props used, name for it? I'm all ears.

I just saw THE Evil Dead Musical. They made it work. More of a silly comedy musical.

Only if it's a 3 hour ordeal directed by Baz Luhrmann, where the term "musical" is only loosely applied while Baz inserts twenty different covers of modern day pop music into the background that every once in a awhile drowns out the sound of the film as Doomguy blasts away demons to the tune of the fiftieth cover of "Crazy in Love."
