Hacx pistol start

Hello,

Does anyone know if Hacx's original release had pistol start (ie when you die on any level you restart it with only the pistol)?

I believe so. HACX is just a wad and a dehacked patch: not enough to change such fundamental things as the pistol start mechanic.

Of course it had; it was a Doom II TC.

The deh changes the initial ammo to 60 bullets, but otherwise it is as normal.
