All the shini-ness and other effects are pretty fancy. Don't you get performance issues? The 3D models don't look very Doom-ish, but good on their own. Interesting project, it seems to be making something different from Doom2, though.

1 - I am taking care of the older hardware compatibility issue.
There will be a lot of LODs
( see : ww.techopedia.com/definition/11791/level-of-detail-lod )
And option to change the amount of effects and details.
2 - The doom is supposed to look like games from 2014. If i will make it exactly as the original it will look very flat and boring...
I'm also planing on making a lot of mods to it.
Examples : classic, unrealTournamentType( deathmaatch, CTF... ), maybe some RPGlike mod.
The next version will have a very basic multiplayer in it.

I've played it, and everything is about two seconds behind - everything's too shiny. The Imps' skin should be light absorbant; the light should smoothly get darker. Also their skin should be less bumpy and a lighter shade of brown. Other than that, I love what you've got here.

I have to say, the quality's a bit mixed. Some things are actually pretty gorgeous, like what little was shown of the outdoor area, certain parts of the base, and the models in general. But other things are kind of... ugly. Like the super-reflective metals, the walking and attacking animations of the imps, the misaligned textures, and the plasma rifle.

However, it really does have quite a lot right already. I'm really digging the bold D64-esq lighting and the whole thing pulls off the style of classic Doom quite well.

This does look awesome. I will parrot everyone else and say that a lot of things are waaaaay too reflective*, especially the TEKGREN hallway...it's a starbase, not a casino! :P I kinda like the plasma rifle but I think you should make the black nozzle bit a bit bigger around, and maybe make the plasma bolts more than points with glow lines? The last room was badass-looking and the outdoor area was awesome too. The gibs are fun, nice and meaty! The imps are neat but the clawing motion would probably be more effective if it were more of a swiping action; as it is, it looks like the imps are just kinda touching the player. I can't wait to see what the side room looks like with computer screens and stuff in it.

This is an exciting project! I'm stoked to see where you go with it.

*EDIT: I somehow omitted to type this operative part. Oh well, I think you inferred what I meant to say.
