Europe has a brand new country

A new small nation Liberland has been established on April 13th 2015 at the western bank of the Danube river between Croatia and Serbia. Apparently it is only 3 square miles....which makes it the third smallest country on Earth. Their government has declared themselves as a Constitutional Republic.

If I understand this right, there's no real terra nullius there. Serbia and Croatia border dispute concerns the way the river flows - afaik Serbia claims the border should follow the current riverbed while Croatia demands following the former, century old course. It actually might be the other way around, so please don't stone me for that factoid. The point is there's no unclaimed land, that area will belong to whoever "loses" the dispute and gets stuck with less land gains. It's like claiming your new nation lies in the demilitarized zone between Koreas. Once a decision is made, there will be no space for Liberland.

Also the guys behind this project are a fucking joke and they have zero political pull in the Czech Republic. It's how libertarian autists spend their free weekends.

They should have named it Doomworld, and Impse could be their flag. And their national anthem can be whining about "modern" games and how nothing today will ever be like DOOM.

It should be named FYGM. Since it's in the Balkans people will believe it's something like FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia).
