Vines decoration in doom 2?

Is there any way to make a vine hanging on to a ceiling with texture editing,can anyone show me how to change the custom texture of a hanging body and make it look like a vide?XWE don't work on my laptop.

Well, those are lines with midtextures and the upper unpegged flag set. It's as easy as that.

The grass is done similarly, just lower unpegged to make it stay on the floor.

Those would be textures used in Valiant- can be used to the same effect and won't have that "rotating" look to them either!

Where do i get these textures?I suck balls at making sprites.

How do i extract a texture?

You will need SLADE3 to copy-paste the graphics from one wad to another. Here is a guide for adding textures to your wad in order to make them usable in maps: http://doomwiki.org/wiki/Adding_custom_textures
