Looking To Play Doom 2 competitive?
well look no more join my server called ultimate deathmatch

The point of this server is to play Deathmatch with random maps and weapon sets

im a active doomer and have my server up atleast once a day

I don't remember seeing anywhere that you're not allowed to post about multiplayer games. In fact right now there's a thread dedicated to bringing back a subforum dedicated to this sort of thing.

Frankly that fantastic display over in the editing subforum makes me think he's not the one who's going to be banned or losered.

Before this thread gets completely off the hook, I'd like to know when is the server available, at what times?

I'd recommend putting greenwar2 in your next server time.

is greenwar2 a weapon wad or a map?
Also the server times are between 12:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-10:00pm
right now its 11:30am my time
i even pull all nighters sometimes depending on how many users are playin with me

It's a map set. It's better than its predecessor in terms of looks but substitutes the first's game play for it, unfortunately. It's alright for regular silly play, but for tournament play, no fucking way.

Greenwar is more of a duel mapset than a FFA mapset though there are a few big maps in there. I wouldn't go over 4 players in Greenwar.

Been a while since I have played it but the main thing that cropped up repeatedly was the detail getting in the way locking up movement and flow. I think the maps were relatively spacious but the main thing that stuck out was excessive parts getting in the way and some spawns and weapon placement was questionable in my eyes. As savage said if you're looking for balls to the wall FFA then I would advise something else. The 32 in 24 series is worth a try. I thought 11 was quite good. Hell, I would play DM again if I had the time been an age since I last played.

32 in 24 sounds like a good idea ill run that map if i get over 8 players today
