A stupid hom that i can't fix. Help?

It could be a linedef/vertex problem.. Maybe you should post a shot of the 2d map from that area.

EDIT - Or just delete that small section entirely and do it again, that normally fixes these types of problems.

Did you run F4 (Map Analysis) ?
