Tomorrow's Yesterday Today

Recommended Posts

Doom Center features a story written by Rick Clark: Tomorrow's Yesterday. Let Bigdog tease us:

The story starts out in a 21st century battlefield, Marines fighting off onslaughts of Doom monsters. Suddenly the story moves to Nazi Germany 1942... the plot is very interesting, the action rocks, and trust me, when you're done reading it you'll be wanting Part 2 :)

Marines, nazis, action, very true to id software it seems.

How come imps are killed by fire, but can walk in the lava on Mt. Erebus? ;)

Heh, decent story.

I've heard that imps are very alcohol intolerant. A good way to kill off an imp is to invite him to join you at a bar, and ply him with gin martinis, shaken not stirred :)

Wow, that was fantastic! I love how he describes BlowJob Blackowitz. Return to Castle Wolfenstein is gonna' rock, and I hope Doom 3 is like that :]

Are these two different stories, or do they come together somehow?

Very nice piece of writing. Especially liked the description of the drive up to Castle Wolfenstein, and the castle itself. Nice build up too.

What? I thought everyone knew by now. Linguica is bigd! Duh!

Damn! It's the whole parallax error that's causing this lack of focus.
