Arioch Posted January 4, 2002 Nick "NiGHTMARE" Baker has announced the second speedmapping exercise that he is running, which he promises to be "different" from any previous Doom speedmapping event. In any case, it will be held on irc.openprojects.net #zdoom this Saturday at 8:00PM GMT. I'm sure someone will explain exactly what time that is for every time zone, for those of you interested. 0 Share this post Link to post

NiGHTMARE Posted January 6, 2002 There were six entries this week, and you can grab the wad from http://haunt.8m.com/speedmapping.html. As noted on the page, the sixth map is currently missing, but will be added asap. 0 Share this post Link to post

Erik Posted January 6, 2002 Just so you know why my map is so crappy... I had an excuse, I had to run deth in 16 color mode to get it to work. Those textures didn't look too sexy in 16 color and I had exactly no time to test in game. Oh well, the deathmatch gameplay should be ok as it's largely a map01 ripoff. 0 Share this post Link to post
