Duke3d has stolen a sound from Doom!

The dying sound for the trooper in Duke Nukem 3D is actually the second player death sound. They just turned the pitch up

Well, didn't Bobby Prince do the sound for duke3d also?

Also, the exploding 'turtle' things (Dunno the name) in episode 2 have the 'sight' sound from the imps, and the pig cop's idle sound is the Hexen ettin's idle sound.

Or they're damn close. Another similarity is the ogre from Quake, and the pig cop's sight sound, although they are at a different pitch.

It's the guy who made the midi music for Doom and Doom II.

duke nukem also stole another sound from quake,you know that sound those stupid pig cops made,those are the sounds from those gernade tossing,chainsaw orges!That snarl noise they make when they spot you!

damn Duke Nukem sucks and it sucks bad.

All this stealing just shows that Doom rocks !

i beleave that quake came after duke3d so quake stole it from duke3d

As said in earlier posts, most of the sounds aren't stolen, but found on sound archives etc.

The floating turtle things are drones, and when in contact with you, they explode.

My goodness, it's newbie time. Actually, I never really noticed. So, tell me, is this how spend your time in Real Life(tm)?
