Doom 2 main boss

Hey, does anyone know what the main boss in Doom 2 says before throwing out those monster spawning icons? I mean, I only recognized the "To win the game..." one, but the other one I can't make out. Did anyone figure it out?

I'm pretty sure it is a reversed messed up version of Romero's voice from what I've heard...

It's "to win the game you must kill me john romero" backwards. I see now.

Dude, didn't I post this before? Tards. Just kidding, yer all cool. BTW, if anyone cares, after I heard about the Boss-Romero thing, I took out the sound of Desparil (the end guy from Heretic) with some program (DeeP I think), then ran it backwards. He said this: "Surrendur to Desparil". Pretty Unorigional, I think.
