Anybody who does, I would appreciate it if you could email it to me zipped. I know wolf editing is probably dead and nobody would download levels but I'm looking for new ways to entertain myself so pleeze don't bother me about it. Thanx in advance. 0 Share this post Link to post

TheProphet Posted April 9, 2001 MapEdit 8.4 is the most popular Wolfenstein Editor. You can get many utilities from the popular Wolfenstein 3D site: http://www.wolf3dbunker.com 0 Share this post Link to post

Oh, yes. I used to use mapedit. IIRC, Wolfed was something slightly different - it edited the vswap.wl1/vswap.wl3/vswap.wl6 file, which contained the graphics files (wall textures, sprites and so on), so you could also modify them. It was basically a unified vswap browser and basic graphic editor. There was also a program meant to be a sound editor, which never sodding worked as far as I could work out. Expect the next version of the wolfenstein faq whenever hell freezes over. /me out... 0 Share this post Link to post
